Fan of Kpop? This is probably one of the Fan sign posts you
might want to read. What’s better than meeting your idols face to face? This should
give u a rough guidance on which idol you should consider meeting. However,
different people might get different experience from it and this is just my
personal experience instead of yours.
I will categorise the score into 4 category, which is
Staff’s Strictness & Performance, Time allowed, Money Value, and Idol’s
performances.
Staff’s Strictness & performance (SSP) will be how the
staff doesn’t allow you to bring yr phone, slot in an extra photo card for
signing, doesn’t allow you to do a lot stuff or just total freedom (1 = U can’t
do anything, 5 = Reasonable, 10 = total freedom)
Time allowed (TA) will be how much time the staff allows you
to spend with yr idol before rushing you to the next member and rushing u again
and again. (1 = u will be rushed like they have a flight after the fansign, 5 =
reasonable time given, 10 = have all the time you want)
Money Value (MV) will be how much you need to spend in order
to enter the fansign depending on their fame. (1 = Not famous and expensive, 5
= Famous and expensive, 10 = Famous and cheap)
And lastly, idol’s performance (IP) is how much the idols
show appreciation the fans or how much the idol shows that they wanna meet you
and talk to you.
Attendance will be the times I attended their fan signs.
Updates will be added in different colour whenever I attend more fansigns

Stellar

This was a little special fansign from Stellar, it was a free fansign organised by GS25, so like we get free drinks and free fansign from Stellar? lol The staff was pretty lenient, no special strictness to it.
Time allowed was pretty decent, muh favourite was MinHee, so I get to talk to her a lot, but the other members kinda like pre-signed their papers, so like making the conversations shorter.
Since this was a free fansign with free gifts, it has got to be a 10, but im writting 7 as a reference for future fansign where u have to buy 1 album.
The girls were pretty nice, MinHee was awesome as we get to talk a lot, she seem very happy to hear that i like her. Jeonyul kinda like will hold yr hand and talk to u until she is done signing. Nothing memorable about the other 2 member thou.
Sonamoo

Im gonna be honest and tell that I only like 2 members. lol Sumin was muh favourite, so she kinda seen me a few times before I go for their fansign, she recognise me, but nothing special, just normal chatting, Minjae was good as i was impressed by her effort to talk to me and made me like 3 members. D.ana is a little.. how do i say? she notice that i can speak korean very well, so i have to learn it for someone else rite? so she ask who did i learn it for, and i stoned , not knowing how to reply? she say "mememe" lol, yeah if u like her, i think that's extremely cute. Nahyun was pretty nice,standard chatting, EuiJin was okayyyyy and High D, wow... she tries hard, lol, she asked me when im leaving and ask me to stay longer for her and stuff. lool.. and Newsun is like.. perhaps the worst idol ive met in muh kpop career, like, she just DOESNT care.. in her own world.. lol

Jiyu is extremely cute and talks a lot, but problem is, she always use the same skill for every fan, lol she will always say u have good sense! hahaha. Sua fan service is very good thou, she shows sincerity and tries with effort to show that she cares. Siyeon was pretty ok, we talk a little, and i say i might have to leave soon, she act cute and ask me not to leave so fast, but im like, its yr last week of events! lol YooHyeon was very nice, she also converse very well and will think of things to say to you. Dami was the only member that was slightly lacking compared to the rest, but still did a decent job, ahahah
Wonder Girls

Sunmi was the first, she was muh favourite, i talk a little with her, but nothing special or memorable, then Yeeun was next, i told her the album was for muh fren, she's from singapore, she's like woow thank you, i really hope to see her, and wrote a long msg for her. then i told Yubin its for muh fren, as soon as she hears that, she just didnt give a damnn. lol same goes for Hyerim. lololol
Gfriend

A lot of restriction is applied for the fansign, like no bringing yr handphone up, no post it messages, no photocards, NO, u cannot do any of those, someone tried to record the voice conversation between herself and the girl and BOOM! she was sent home! that strict! but hey u can kneel, some may wonder why does kneeling matters so much to me? well it just gives me more feeling when i can talk to the idols face to face, and not have them look up at me? its maybe just me. lol but hey they also gives out free events at the end of fansign such as signed poster, Polaroid and Selca with the girls!
Time allowed is very good, they let u talk for a very long time and hardly rush u
They are pretty famous for a rookie group, maybe even the most famous, so u will need like 3-4 albums, but its worth it for me.
Overall, the girls are awesome to me, they will try their best to talk to you. i kinda only like 4 members during the 1st fansign, and now i like all 6 of them. Yerin is VERY funny, she will do a lot of clowny stuff just to make the fans laugh, SoJung is very nice and attentive, she will try her best to talk a lot with you, Eunha kinda talk less compared to her members, but she is extreme CUTE, she also has good memory as she remembers me even before the 1st fansign (as I went to quite a few of their events). Umji also knows me before the 1st fansign and we kinda have a lot things to talk too. Shinbi is just WOW, pretty to me. lol she also converse very well and finally Yuna, she is nice and attentive too, she also tries to think a lot of things to talk to the fans. She and Umji can speak english, for non korean speaking fans!
Mamamoo

Mamamoo’s fansign was awesome, minor restriction exists, but
hey, they gave out limited edition signed CD of mamamoo for free. After the
fansign was a mini fan meeting with mamamoo and they even performed like 3-4
songs. Some fans even get to take pic with them if they win the fan event.
For the fansign, from time to time they will ask you to move
faster, but they didn’t really do it intensively.
Money value was good as they are a superbly famous rookie
group but you only needed to buy 1 album to get into the fansign with
performances.
The girls were pretty nice, and superbly nice to fans that
they are close with (a 10 performance rating) unfortunately I only went once,
and wasn’t so close with the girls, and some of the girls didn’t really bother
talking to me but they still did a decent job.
A Pink
Attendance – 7 or more >

Acube, for me, does a very good job in managing their fans.
Only 1 signature will be allowed per fansign, but they don’t really check
whether or not you slot in a photocard to be signed, I sneaked in once or
twice. LoL but doesn’t mean you should follow too. They don allow you to bring
yr phone and take picture of them right in front of you, but they compensate a
lot by giving gifts at the end of the fansigns and even photo sessions. Update1: The Staffs are more strict on Photocards and Notes now that they check on it. Events at the end of the fansigns are also eliminated but nothing else that is bad.
Time allowed with yr idols is also very decent, they do ask
you to move from time to time, but there is no real rush. Update1: Time allowed are also kinda less compared to last time but its mainly because the girls was late Update: Time allowed is a little in consistent, sometimes its fast during open fansign and slower during closed fansign.
Unfortunately, going for apink’s fansign is extremely
costly, as their fansigns are lottery based, to secure a spot in their fansign
you would need to buy at least 18 albums (still not 100% but optimal number).
Apink is famous but 18? That’s a little too much. Update1: You need 20 albums now, but they are way too popular now.
But well if you paid 18 it might all be superbly worth it
because all 6 girls of the a pink girls shows that they appreciate the fans a
lot, Chorong will always try to strike some conversation with you even though
you do not know wat to say (well yr mind will go blank meeting them right?),
Naeun also will always find some conversation to talk to you, Bomi is a little
silly and will always act silly in front of u lol, Eunji is famous to be nice
and superbly nice if you ‘re her fan. NamJoo is just spot on superbly nice
(might be biased) She recognize me before I even go to the fansigns, but
forgets few months later and remembers again few months later. She will always
be playful around you. Lastly Oh Hayoung is the bomb, she’s humble nice and
appreciate every fan she have even though yr favourite member is not her. She
even took the effort to remember muh name. Update1: NamJoo and Hayoung now remembers the name while pretty much every members knows me well. Pretty much nothing changes in this session. Update: These girls are just amazing, some groups I just felt like.. bored/enough? but never apink, even at 16 times, I'm still willing to go see them despite the high amount of albums. Eunji remembers the name now too.
CLC

Its pretty strict, no kneeling down, no bringing yr camera up. Other than that it's pretty fine as there are nth much annoying things. lol Well time to time they push yr album to the next member to rush them. its pretty sad
Time allowed is a little ridiculous to me, it's like they have a schedule to rush to everytime. They improved a little at the last fansign I went, but the time u have its quite limited, u have enough time to say things u want, but not long conversations. I went again, and its so bad!! I havent even finish talking to Seunghee, and they already pushed muh album to Yujin and she's almost done signing the album.. Really Cube?
Well its a Cube girl group that is pretty famous for a rookie and you need 1 album to get in. ezez
Initially they did quite badly, maybe because it was their first ever fansign? I don't know but they are like saying thank you to wateva i say to them. lol. Except for Seunghee which wrote muh name wrongly and laughed like a babo. Everyone else pretty much just said thank you. ahahha But they improved a lot in the 2nd . They take some effort in talking and act a little cute and during the 3rd fansign they finally open up and have a lot more things to say, making effort to start conversation and all ending with a good 9. Seunghee is muh fav so we always have things to say since the first fansign. YuJin is so damnn cute when you see her close up, just some basic conversation with her. SeungYeon is the blur monkey, i always have to start the conversation with her hahaha. Sorn speaks english so talking to her is pretty ez except the first fansign, lol and yeeun is like the super cute maknae, sometimes she might not talk that much but her actions are enuf to wreck yr bias list if yre not careful. LOL .I would say first fansign is 7, then 8 and ending with a 9. Yeaaaa. lol by right it sld average out an 8 rite? Lol Nahhh im giving them a 9 :)
Girls Day

For girls day the staff isn’t really strict at all, you can
bring whatever you want and can even get multiple signatures from the girls. I
see people signing their phone cover, photocards and many more.
As for time allowed, they kinda rush the fans a little too
much at one point I even see them pulling the fans away from the girls to the
next member because they are rushing to finish the fan sign.
Its pretty worth it to go for Girls Day fansign as I would
say their popularity level is pretty high but you will probably only need 6-8
albums to get in their lottery fansign.
As for the girls, maybe they already have their close fans
around, they hardly try to strike a conversation with you, they only reply what
you ask and probably ask you to come again. Nothing special really, its like,
hi sign talk a little bye.
Lovelyz

No Pictures for the fansign! No pictures that's why you don't see a pic like every other band. Other than that it's pretty ok.
Time allowed? Yeap they have a flight to rush right after the fansign.
It's a rookie group and you already need maybe 2-3 albums? like yeah they are popular but still? lol
Maybe the time allowed is too fast that not much chance to interact with the girls, the only girls that I remember taking effort to talk to me was MiJoo and Jin. The others was pretty much Hi Sign Few words Bye. Maybe they did say more but nothing memorable.
SNSD (Jessica, SooYoung, SeoHyun) Random Event Fansigns

Well its that company, strictness all over, im used to
kneeling down to talk the to idols so I can talk to them face to face instead
of having them to look up? So the manager was like UP! Then when I touch the
table he was like NO TOUCH, basically that’s muh fansign and I do not have much
time to talk to Jessica thanks to him. Other times I get to talk to SooYoung,
SeoHyun and Jessica pretty decently but of course ultimate strictness, u cannot
do ANYTHING except talking a few words, getting ONE signature and bye.
Time allowed with the girls? Hi Talk Sign Bye or Hi interruptions sign bye.
Money value? Well for SNSD of course its gonna be expensive,
but at the same time, hey its snsd? So I guess its worth it?
Well the girls do care about the fans more or less, they do
express interest in talking to u but just not enough time I guess?
SNSD – TTS

It’s always strict with SNSD; you can’t even take picture of
them from far as compared to other fansigns which you may take 1000000 amount
of pictures. You can’t do anything special except for signing 1 and only 1
album.
Suprisingly, they didn’t rush the fans during the fansigns
and gave you enough time to talk to the girls as long as you have things to
talk to them. Unless you’re taking too long, they won’t rush you.
Well to enter a TTS fansign you need to buy like 30-45
albums. Fair? Well they are famous but 30-45 albums are like… 500 USD or more?
That’s kinda expensive just for a chance to meet them for few minutes as
compared to random events where u just gotta pay around 100USD or a little
more.
The girls took their time to talk and listen to you if you
have lots of things to say to them, if not they will just sign and say thank
you. I get to say a lot of things I want to TaeYeon as she is like muh
favourite favourite. Get to say some stuff to Tiffany as she is an English
speaker. Seohyun was just okok, just some short conversation both times.
TaeYeon and SeoHyun actually remember that I came to the previous fansign with
3 days gap in between. Not bad?
Ace of Angels

For AOA, the staff is pretty strict, No notes on the albums,
no photocards, no nothing, just and empty album and sign it. They check it
thoroughly. No phones, No taking pictures in front of them, no 2nd
signature, No Nothing but at least they let you touch the table and talk to the
girls in a close range. Its starting to get less strict as they doesnt check much anymore, they do warn u to not bring yr photocards up, but they don really check anymore.
Time Allowed is pretty good, they do rush us from time to
time to be faster, but they do not pull you away but instead just ask you to be
faster. Update1: Good thing about AOA fansigns is that, we seem to get more and more time as the fansigns kinda extend longer and longer. No More rushing as they kinda let u talk for quite a long time as long as yre not taking forever.
Money value, well AOA is pretty famous and you would need 4
to 5 albums to get into their lottery fansign.
Pretty worth it for their fame? Update1: They are even more famous now with requiring 4-8 albums to get in the fansigns
The girls are pretty decent I would say, as im closer to the
AOA Black girls, they are extremely nice. Choa is pretty famous for her fan
services, she is very nice to her fans except sometimes she have nth much to
say, I have one or two fansign where I actually say nth to her despite her
being muh favourite? Yuna is perhaps the best in striking conversation, she
always have something to talk about. Mina is just cute, she always ask if I
have eaten, lol Jimin is a little awkward with her, most of the times we just
say a few words and that’s it. Hyejeong and Seolhyun are kinda hard to talk to
too, if you have nothing in mind, they will have nothing in mind too. Chanmi
didn’t get to talk much to her as she missed those photo book fansigns. Update1: Every single member of AOA knows muh name, i don even need to write it for them anymore lol. Even the non black members are close now that we have more stuff to talk to each other now. U think Hyejeong is sexy? Go to fansigns she is like super cute.lol.
Beast

Orange Caramel

The staff for orange caramel wasn’t really strict at all,
they allow you to slot in a photocard or two. There were no specific
restrictions for the fans.
Time allowed were pretty good too, the staffs didn’t rush
the fans and were manage to get decent time with the girls
Orange caramel is pretty famous and you will only need to
buy 2-3 albums to meet them. Pretty cheap?
The girls are pretty decent, Nana didn’t have much to talk
to me, just a few words and moved on, talked a lot with Raina and she did at
least ask me to come again. Lizzy is pretty nice as she even signed muh
photocard and talked quite a lot. Overall pretty decent fansign.
Nu’est

The staff wasn’t really strict on wat you can and cannot
bring to them, I didn’t try getting 2 signatures and didn’t see anyone doing

So I actually went the fansign for a fren?? i don even have
1% of interest in them? SO like Minhyun, after he signed muh album, he offered
2 hands to like cross fingers with me? I was like dude wtf? And he kept his
hand there and its like imposible to reject him? So I decided to hi5 him
instead? But he actually cross his fingers? OMG? LOL I mean its awesome for a
girl… it’s a nono for me.. lol the other 3 members just gave a firm handshake
and then its JR where he gave me a handshake and hold it for a long time and
stare into muh eyes.. Dude? I told u im here for a fren. LoL
Ailee

Ailee and you only need ONE album to get to her fansign. I
even went twice to grab 1 signed album for muh fren but that was 1 year ago, I
think by now you will need to buy a few more albums to get in her fansign but
still pretty worth it as she is pretty damn famous.
Good enough, she is an English speaker so talking to her
won’t have much trouble and she even remembered muh fren who she seen once in
Malaysia.
T-ara

Staff didn’t really restrict much, you could pretty much do
anything except pictures right in front of them.
Don’t recall being rushed by the staffs too. I had pretty
much enough time to talk and interact with the girls.
T-ara is pretty famous and you would need around 6-8 albums
to guarantee yr spot in the fansign. So it is pretty costly, but I find it
reasonable
The girls were awesome, like they are a senior group with 5
years of history in them and they have a lot of Malaysian fans? But EunJung
promised to remember me despite im 5 years late and going for the first time
and did she remember? Yes she did, but the real test will be if I meet them
again few months later. SoYeon also was awesome, we kinda talked a lot in the
first fansign and she remembers every single detail when I meet her again for
the second time. JiYeon was also very nice and had a lot things to talk to her.
Hyomin, Boram and Qri was a little hard to talk with, I ran out of things to
talk to them despite muh favourite being Hyomin and Qri. Qri just gives you da
poker face whatever you say to her. LoL Update: So the real test for EunJung finally came anddddd she failed it. lol, she totally do not remember me, but she is still nice and tried a lot in speaking english with me. lol very cute, Jiyeon also shows a lot effort to me and Soyeon shocked me by remembering me. I was totally not expecting it, but well she did it! lol Amazinggg
Laboum

Time allowed was pretty decent but they were constantly
pulling people’s album away to the next girl to finish the fansign faster. Update1: Not much time rushing as i recall this time, improvement from the last. Update2: No Rushing at all, but the girls don't have much to say thus making the fansign a little faster
Decent rookie group and 1 album, fair I guess? Update 2: Still 1 album after such a long time
The girls are pretty ok, nth special though, maybe I haven’t
been enough? Talked the most to YooJeong and SoYeon, YooJeong was like ive seen
you very often but I only met her once in Music Bank? Lol. Soyeon was pretty
nice and talked a lot with her. Yulhee was pretty decent too, while I only had minimal
conversation with the other 3 members. Overall, it was pretty nice to meet
them. Update1: Pretty much some minor improvement with the other 3 members, talk more stuff with them. Though YooJeong will be the only reason for me to support the group.... lol Update2: Solbin is just kinda hard to talk to sometimes, not much to converse with her, Yulhee will almost always be food, lol I even get to find out that she cant eat after 6pm because of diet. Haein will take some effort to talk to u, so there are short conversations everytime. Yujeong also take effort in talking but well she is muh fav, lol. ZN was funny as i say i can speak korean, so she was like testing muh korean with random questions? LOL. and Finally SoYeon is the Bias Wrecker, she transformed into something Sweet n Nice that u want more everytime, trying to steal her way into yr bias list. LoL she didnt only do it to me but everyone. hahahah
Secret

The girls were just pretty normal though. I went to this
fansign for a fan, so I told them the signature was for a friend. So they just
take me as a person taking the sign for a fren and didn’t bother much about me,
I mean even if im not a fan, you can try making me a fan right? Lol. I mean
look at nu’est? Hyosung was pretty ok as she claim to remember muh fren’s name
and Jieun was pretty ok as she talked a little with me. But.. nothing special.
Ladies Code

The staff for ladies code wasn’t really strict I guess, they
didn’t check anything and you can almost do anything but no taking picture of
the girls right in front of course.
Time allowed though is pretty bad, as they rush everyone
intensively and you will only have reasonably enough time to talk to the girls
before being rushed away.
Its superbly cheap to go for a Ladies code fansign, they are
not famous, but 1 album will do.
The girls are extremely awesome maybe cause they don’t have
much fans? They remember you easily. Zuny is extremely cute and will try to
find stuff to talk to you, Rise will always try to talk to me in English, lol
its just cute. Conversation flows pretty smoothly with Ashley because well she
speaks English. EunB is a little awkward as we have times of having nth to say
but improve as it goes. SoJung is just ultimate everytime I prepare to say
something to her, I will nvr get to say it because she already prepare even
more stuff to talk to me lol. Overall, the girls were awesome and made me wanna
meet them again and again.
Crayon Pop

Well yeah do anything except pictures right in front of them, Chrome is famous to be like superbly lenient company, maybe the best out there.
Time allowed was very good, you're allowed to talk as much as you want to them. No one will rush you unless you're taking tooooooo damnnnnnn longggg. but thats like super rare. The whole fansign lasted around 2 hours. 3rd longest fansign i've been to.
Crayon Pop is pretty famous rite? yes they are, don't disagree with me. LoL they only need 3 CDs to get into their fansign, maybe 4 at times? but yeaa around 3-4. Dats very worth it for me.
How well the girls do? Amazingggg Duhhhh, they have so much things to say. Talked a lot with Way like i was a fan for quite sometime but no, it was muh first time! lol. Ellin was the best as she shows a lot appreciation seeing a new fan, I wanted to give her a out of the chart 11/10 ratings. hahaha. Soyul was the surprising one with nth much to say, it was kinda awkward and it didnt happen to me alone, even muh frens have the problem. Choa was really nice too, took effort in finding things to talk to you and Geummi was super nice, I remember talking to her a lot and she even ask me to go to the music shows to see them. Overall they are all amazing and cute. Hey i love cute girls~ LOL
Hello Venus

The staffs are not strict on anything except no notes. You
can pretty much do anything else, only 1 signature per fansign but if youre
lucky you can sneak in a photocard or 2.
Time allowed with the girls are also pretty decent, they do
rush you from time to time, but not intensively
Hello Venus is not really famous in general but hell they
are famous among their fanbase and you will need like 3-4 albums to get in
their lottery fansign.
The girls? Are just awesome. They remember you easily
eventhough they already have a big fanbase and Lime YooYoung and Nara will
always strike conversation with you when you have nothing to say. Yoonjo was
alittle awkward in the beginning but improved and talked more as time moves on.
Alice well she will always be Alice, every member knows muh name except for her
because I stop writing muh name as they already know it? Alice just.. DOESN’T
write the name. LOL She is pretty nice and cute when u have something to say to
her. Ara was the best as she remembered me like instantly and I don even need
to think of things to talk to her, everything just flows pretty smoothly.

Staff no longer check for notes now and you can write notes to them. No other special strictness to it.
Time allowed is still very good, with some minor rushing from the staff if you're taking too long. Otherwise they don't really bother you.
Update: Staff no longer rush us anymore, every fansign now last 2 hours or more, u can pretty much talk as much as u want as long as its not taking forever.
Guess what? You can get in to HV fansign easily now with 1-3 albums! hahaha
Well with Ara muh top bias gone, I personally thought the group will drop some ratings here but NO not at all, this only proves how awesome Hello Venus is. The 4 old members still remembers me after 1.5 years not seeing them and they are still great as ever striking conversation with you and all. The only less performing member will be YeoReum as she seem shy and less stuff to talk to you but SeoYoung is freaking cute and awesome. She is so adorable and draw hearts all over yr albums and like hyper actively cute when talking to u. YooYoung is also just so damnn cuteeee her voice. Lime? we always have stuff to talk to each other and she even knows where im from. Nara? she is just cute in a silly way lol. She is a very nice girl and Alice? Perhaps the best fan stealer around, She don really seem to care who you like and treat you awesomely.
Update: Even Yeoreum improved a lot now, and she is stealing fans left and right, by holding their hands the while talking to them.

Pretty much, you can do anything in the fansign as long as it's not crazy, they even allowed ppl to take selcas with them during the initial fansigns, but changed it later, and im not gonna minus mark because of thattttt. The company's awesome. lol
Yeah , say whatever you want no one will stop you, as long as u have things to say? you prolly don't need to move over to the next member. Lol The whole fansign lasted more than 3 hoursss and they have less than 100 people signing, imaging that!!!
Well they are not so famous for a senior group so you will only need 1 CD to get in, and you can go like 2-3 times because they cant sell all 100 CDs.
Muh Fren say all the groups with the word "Star" is the bomb. Well if you're worried you got nth to talk to them cause yre a foreigner? Worry NOT, the girls will always try their best to think of something to say to you, i went 3 times in the same day and NO there were no awkward moments. Linzy shows a lot appreciation when I told her I saw her in her Musical before we went on to talk alot other stuff, Hyemi is a little less talkative compared to the other 3 members, but she still have a lot to say. Yezi is the bomb, she will think of whatever and whereever to talk to you, we talk like we were frens lol. Cao Lu knows chinese so conversing with her in chinese made her comfortable to talk even more. Her mother tongue... Duhhhh . Jei is a little lacking to me though, maybe cause she is the last member, every conversation with her was pretty short compared to the other members~ hahaha but well she's pretty.

ahead, no one is going to stop u, I was late for my work because of this. LATE
TO MUH WORK because the fansign was 3 hours long, on average each fansign was
90 minutes, but sistar was 180 minutes. Thanks lol
Money Value? Is sistar famous? Yeah you only needed 3 albums
to get in their fansigns
The girls? Are they famous again? Nope they act like they
are rookies. Hyorin was like where did you learn yr Korean? U speak it really
well. Soyou also took interest in muh Korean as she heard me speaking it well
with Hyorin. All of them pretty much talk a lot and dasom speak decent English
and it was a really awesome experience from a senior famous group. Even got a
picture with them in the end of the fansign with soyou putting her arms around
muh shoulder. Awesome Girls, the next time I went, Hyorin and SoYou already
know who I am like I am one of their regular fans. High popularity and
appreciate their fans, these girls are the bomb.
